Paid Incident Support  -  $59 per incident

Phone Support  -  $130 per year
• Unlimited toll-free phone and email support
• Your call gets top priority
• Free minor software updates
Standard Equipment Support  -  $300 per year
• Includes Phone Support Program
• No charge for parts, labor and return shipping
(part must be prepaid shipped to MicroFit)
• Free minor software updates
Premium Equipment Support  -  $500 per year
• Includes Phone Support Program
• No charge for next business day part replacement,
labor and return shippment
• Free minor software updates
